The reason for the double title is because this article is really a double edged sword regarding truth. The foundation of this article is specifically aimed at addressing the condition (e.g. oppression) of the indigenous people of Canada. This is a very important and sensitive topic here in Canada.
Before getting into the meat of this topic I wanted to start off by making some foundational statements that represent my true thinking on this subject.
- First and foremost ALL humans have the right to live freely and in their own way. This is fundamentally called human rights and we ALL have them.
- All humans are indigenous to this world we called earth. Tyrants and rulers have segregated and subjugated us.
- Many races or different types of people have been oppressed, brutalized, murdered by those in power throughout history. This is not unique to one single type of people.
I make these statements because, although the indigenous people of Canada have had much pain and suffering at the hand of their rulers, we must keep in mind that pain and suffering is not unique to these people. I believe this is an important “core” principle because it will force us to focus on the oppressors rather than ourselves. Which is where the focus needs to be. Oppression is always inflicted by those in positions of power who seek to exploit humanity. I truly believe that the average Canadian has no desire or inclination to oppress others. I believe that it is a total fallacy to say that we have a serious problem with racism here in Canada. I do believe that there are people who are racists but they are simply an exception rather than the rule.
Most Canadians, in general, are very welcoming of a multi-cultural society, myself included. Certain politicians here in Canada have completely gas lit the Canadian public into thinking that racism is a serious and wide spread problem here in Canada. I can only attribute this deplorable behavior from these politician as being self serving for political gain. In other words, these politicians are playing politics with us to gain popularity and using the mainstream news outlets to push their lies.
What’s worse is that these horrible politicians are making statements that suggest that the historical injustices against indigenous people are the fault of the general public at hand. I believe that, through the good nature of Canadians in general, we are willing to work towards reconciliation for past transgressions but it is very wrong to blame the Canadian people who are here at this time. I think that politicians are using this good nature against us and for “POLITICAL GAIN”. It is difficult to speak out about this because this is such a politically charged subject that we are afraid to be objective on this matter. But objectivity is what is absolutely necessary for real truth to be revealed.
Without being completely honest with ourselves, we can not really truly reconcile past transgressions and real justice can not be served for the indigenous people. In my opinion, politicians are making a complete mockery of this and this is what we should really be ashamed of.
This is a core foundational principle that I would like everyone who reads this article to keep in mind.
Alright, let’s move on. In this article I would like to link to a number of articles and videos that cover the story of the “residential schools and mass graves”. This story received world wide attention and the Canadian government wasted no time exploiting this for political gain. The politicians and corporate mainstream media who pushed this narrative without full proof should be ashamed of themselves. In my opinion, after reading all of the articles linked to in this post, the indigenous people of Canada should be livid with the Canadian government for exploiting them for political gain.
These articles and videos will shed a new light on this story that has not been provided by our corporate mainstream news outlets. I’d like to add that the articles that I am presenting here are far more believable, objective, and factual than anything I’ve seen in our Canadian mainstream news outlets. I urge you to read through all of these linked articles carefully and judge for yourself.

As a further note to the (above) paragraph, the author mentions “the government’s acquiescence to comprehensive measures by successive Quebec governments to exterminate the English language in that province“. Isn’t this a double standard when we couple this with how the indigenous people were treated in the past. What we have here is essentially just another form of prejudice and racism whereby a government party is suggesting a form of social cleansing based on an ideology. Again, this is people in power trying to enforce their views on the people. If we’re going to be true, we must apply a standard correctly across the board.
By the way, the exact same thing was being pushed in the Ukraine whereby the new government (that formed in 2014 after overthrowing a duly elected president) was pushing for the elimination of the Russian language in areas where Russians (predominately) lived in the Ukraine. This is a form of ethnic cleansing and no different than what the Nazi’s where doing in Germany. Keep in mind that there is a very strong presence of Nazis in the Ukraine. One might say that this doesn’t compare to what the Nazis did in world war 2, but keep in mind that this brutal regime started their campaign with promoting and pushing initiatives the looked benign at the start. The brutality came later after people accepted and complied with milder forms of totalitarianism and oppression. It was a build up over time.

Conclusions
The National Post has done some very good/honest articles about the conditions for indigenous children who attended these residential schools. No one (rational people) is disputing that and we must definitely find ways to help fix this and we have in fact done some things. However, what the government and corporate news media outlets have done to gaslight Canadians and the world on mere “possibilities” and not hard proof and is absolutely shameful. Perhaps more shameful than what has actually been done to the indigenous people of Canada. I say this because lying and twisting facts does more to undermine the truth and reconciliation endeavors.
In my mind, the indigenous people of Canada should be livid with these institutions for politicizing, spinning, and twisting the facts about residential schools and burial sites. I hope that you have taken the time to really read through the articles that have been provided here because they show a very different story.
This brings me to my final point about truth. The entire focus of the Truther’s Portal is about exposing “real” truth no matter how uncomfortable it may be to hear. This one post should be a clear demonstration of how deceitful and manipulative our political class have become along with their subservient media pushing propaganda. To what end? I can’t be completely sure but it sure seems to fit right in line with the globalist agendas (i.e. World Economic Forum – Great Reset and United Nations – Agenda 2030) whereby creating divisiveness between people is an important aspect of their plan (i.e. divide and conquer). The government and media spin on residential schools and mass graves seems to accomplish exactly this.
I want to be absolutely clear, I am 100% behind any initiative that seeks to reconcile, compensate, and bring justice for any oppressed people in this world. But let’s also be clear that ALL oppression is committed by the most powerful people on this planet. We, the normal people are generally not the instigators or the architects of this oppression. It is my opinion that it is pure non-sense to blame the average Canadian citizen for the harms done to the indigenous. But, nonetheless, Canadians feel a duty to correct the wrongs and I feel this duty as well.
But, for God’s sake, let’s get the facts straight so that we know exactly who and what to go after. Let’s not allow some woke, virtue signaling, opportunistic politicians to drive this effort. This just hurts everyone.
So are we doing “Truth and Reconciliation” or “Truth or Consequences”? If the government has lied to us and created a false narrative then what are the consequences? Because, if they’ve in fact lied, then can we ever really achieve reconciliation? We can not reconcile and heal if our actions are based on lies. After all, wasn’t the problem created from lies and deceit in the first place?

I’ve always been a big fan of Pink Floyd. In fact I saw them live in Montreal at the Olympic stadium back in 1977. Incredible band. However, in recent years I have seen Roger Waters in various interviews and his insights/views impress me more that his music. I thought I would include this snippet from an interview that Joe Rogan did with Roger Waters because what he says towards the end of this clip is so profound and so relevant to this news post on “Truth and Reconciliation” that I wanted to close out this article with it.
I urge you to listen very carefully to what he says at about the 5 minute mark of the interview. This is so important because so many people do not have the discipline to really learn about what they are talking about. Most people only skim the surface of any political subject and usually only get the propaganda versions.
If only more celebrities could be this smart, they might actually be more useful.
