However, in this address to the Canadian Senate, Denise Batters is saying all the right words. This is what we needed to hear. We just need to make them accountable to the words by their actions. According to some reports, Trudeau backed down from imposing the emergencies act just before the senate was going to vote on the matter. Why? We can only speculate.
