Since the beginning of the COVID pandemic independent news sources have been challenging and questioning all of the information and narratives that the “official” sources have flogged the public with. The biggest problem, of course, is that none of these public officials have ever been put on the spot to answer really tough questions. All they’ve had is ridiculously softball questions from the legacy news media whereby these officials get to say what ever they want without any accountability.
We’ve been hammered by the politicians and many indoctrinated/paid-off health care professionals to follow the science. Those of us who have done “real” research and followed information coming from world renowned doctors and scientists, who have spoken out against the Covid measures, can clearly see that the “official” narratives have little to do with “real” science, if anything at all.
So, now we’re seeing some movement on the side of justice. There are a number of legal and lawful initiatives to finally bring these people to account whereby all of the tough questions (that the legacy media should have asked) will be asked with public officials being placed under oath.
Today’s news report is all about providing an update on the legal/lawful initiatives under way, starting with an update from Dr. Reiner Fuellmich regarding the Grand Jury of Public Opinion proceedings. If you’ve been following this then you would have seen a lot of hype surrounding these proceedings. Many people were referring to this as Nuremberg 2.0. However, the Grand Jury proceedings were more like a very long podcast whereby numerous experts were asked to present their evidence to the world. At the end of this, over several weeks, they concluded the Grand Jury and many were left wondering, what’s next? How will all this evidence be brought forward with some teeth?
The series of proceedings can now be thought of as “Phase 1”. Now Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is beginning to reappear, after a break, to speak about “Phase 2” the real trials. Using the (above) news report as a backdrop, let’s examine another very interesting development here in Canada on the legal side of things whereby a public health official has been forced into a court to answer some really tough questions under oath. This may be the first time anywhere that a public health official has been put on the hot seat. Here we have Alberta Canada’s chief medical officer, Deena Hinshaw being grilled (under oath) about Covid policies.

- a public official of any kind now being challenged (under oath) on their decisions and public narratives.
- Now that someone is on the hot seat and forced to answer the really tough questions (which the media should have been doing all along) they all seem to be pointing the fingers at someone else to avoid the blame. ACCOUNTABILITY!! We must demand this from any public official.

This Rebel Media report is an interview with John Carpay founder of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (Canada). Listen to what he says about governments taking away our rights to protect us, looking back at history. What he says here is the real reason behind the pandemic measures. As stated here at the Truther’s Portal many times, this was never about fighting a virus or public health. This has always been about POWER & CONTROL. John also mentions that Deena Hinshaw was/is also very evasive and ill informed.

HOWEVER, there’s an issue here that relates back to something that the Truther’s Portal has been covering with regards to Common Law vs Maritime Law. The problem here with the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms is that they are, themselves, all part of the Bar Association and are agents of the service corporations. This is the very system that is broken and severely corrupt. Can we get true justice here? This is the big question.
If you listened to what John Carpay says towards the end of the interview (above) he talks about how the judge and the government will very likely employ stall tactics on the question of whether or not Deena Hinshaw was responsible for the decisions on Covid measures or was it Premier Jason Kenney. They are trying to avoid being made accountable. This is what cowards do when the light is being at pointed at them. They run for cover like cockroaches.
Back to Common Law. This is why I think the work that Christopher James is doing, from Ontario Canada, is so important. He is trying to establish a proper court under common law whereby the government and Bar Association, all service corporations, are not in control of the public courthouses. Bringing true justice back to the people.
Here is a case that Christoper James is working on referred to as Trespass Case #8 – Jamie Russo. This case has been progressing and developing since early 2021. The following video is a snippet from A Warrior Calls episode: GENOCIDE AND BARRATRY OCCURRING. The section that was extracted is presented in the following video to provide a focus on the most important part of this podcast to do with the Jamie Russo case. Pay close attention to what is being presented in this video. Christopher and Jamie present a very different approach on how to deal with our public court houses. This is very important. Notice the part about what documents to file with the courts in order establish a proper court of LAW (not legal or rules of civil procedure).
Contrast this with what lawyers like John Carpay (mentioned above) or Rocco Galati are doing. They are acting as agents for the service corporations and operating within the boundaries of what the service corporations allow. This is the legal system which is different than true LAW. These lawyers are said to be acting as agents in both political and legal theater and has nothing to do with true justice for living men and women. This is key and foundational.

To conclude today’s news report, we are finally seeing some real action being taken against those who are responsible for unleashing tyranny on the world. The evidence is so overwhelming now that these people can no longer have the insulation that they’ve enjoyed for over two years that has allowed them to act with impunity and no accountability.
The time is now to hold their feet to the fire. If we, the average man or woman had committed such atrocities we would have been imprisoned for the rest of our lives (or executed for crimes against humanity). This can no longer be allowed.
The pandemic lies are unraveling by the day.
